As you may or not know, each month we feature a guest writer on ErrantScience. We started doing this because as much as I love the sound of my own typing I thought everyone would like to have a more diverse voice to their articles.

Since starting that 2 years ago we’ve had a BUNCH of amazing guest authors writing about all sorts of things, like juggling motherhood and science; science gaming; and dealing with depression in academia. All things that I certainly can’t do the justice that these brilliant authors do.

We really want to keep running this guest content, so if you think you have something to say and want a relaxed place to write it, then get in touch – we want to get as many unique voices as possible!

All we’re looking for are posts that are vaguely science/research-related – it can be about living with someone doing a PhD, a story about an experiment that went wrong, an anonymous rant about academia, or how much you just ruddy love your science.

Guest posts are between 500 and 1500 words and can contain your own images or doodles – or we can cartoon something up for you!

We’ve even had people write to us and just ask for cartoons to be made that help visualise their issues, which is lots of fun!

So please do contact us! We’re very relaxed and are happy to consider and discuss all sorts of blog post or cartoon ideas 🙂
